established in 2007 by Mr. P.H. Phooko. Having being working with one of the leading waterproofing specialists in Limpopo area for a number of
years Mr. P.H. Phooko wanted to bridge the gap as the first black (previously disadvantaged) waterproofing contractor (specialist). With his experience and knowledge he would like to take the BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT to another level.
